Simplicity, depth, love, and clarity

Effortless meditation for those who are ready to end the search

For sincere seekers who feel stuck after years on a spiritual path.

This is not a conceptual approach.

Getting oriented

Why do techniques and mental effort keep us stuck?

You've already spent years investigating, studying, and learning. You've done the exercises and the practices, and you've had peak experiences.

And yet inner peace isn't growing. What's growing is the difficult emotions and the discomfort.

Not because you haven't done enough, but because you've tried too hard.

And meditation still feels like something you have to do, not something you love doing.

What I offer

Four supports for a path that sustains itself

01

Guidance for establishing an effortless meditation practice based on your lifestyle and your individual needs.

02

Clarity to recognize the ego and negative thought patterns.

03

Support to help you integrate past experiences and trauma.

04

Learning to discern your true Self.

My approach

A direct path to our true nature

We focus on a direct path to our true nature: the nondual Self that exists beyond the mind. From there we understand the essence of effortlessness, in meditation and in life, as a natural flow.

The ego isn't an enemy; it's a tendency to overlook who we really are. Emotions aren't something to get rid of, but experiences that need to be integrated. And your true Self isn't a new self to be discovered, but the recognition and cultivation of what you have always been.

That's all. There are no steps, no progress, no levels to reach; only a truth to uncover and nourish through constant awareness of our true Self. The rest unfolds spontaneously.

Who this is for and who it isn't for

This may be for you if

  • You still find it hard to meditate consistently.
  • You can't recognize the ego with full clarity.
  • You're at odds with your emotions and with repetitive thought patterns.
  • You want to live an authentic life with purpose, rooted in inner peace.

This may not be for you if

  • You're looking for a step-by-step practice.
  • You want to use meditation to reach some external result.
  • You're still holding on to a victim mindset.
  • Transforming your life doesn't feel like a priority.

How I help

If you've read this far, I think it's fair to say that I help spiritual seekers like you establish an effortless meditation practice, one nourished by an understanding of the simple dynamics of the mind that create the ego, keep emotional cycles running, and get in the way of your authentic self unfolding naturally.

My work emphasizes the direct investigation of pure, undifferentiated consciousness, where clarity and discernment can arise on their own. This lets meditation happen by itself, instead of being something you do.

About me

My own story follows a fairly common arc for a man of the 21st century.

I had a Catholic upbringing and grew up in Venezuela, which shaped my spiritual life early on and gave me a direct relationship with God as a child. In adolescence, though, studying science and history led me to leave that faith behind, and I quickly took up atheism and materialism as a philosophy of life.

In 2019, at 36, after exploring the effects of psychedelics on the mind, a deep curiosity about the nature of consciousness came up in me. That set me on a path of studying and taking in every kind of spiritual material, from metaphysical teachings to traditional religious texts.

Within that enormous abundance of information, nonduality stood out as a solid, practical, verifiable understanding of reality. Consciousness as the ground of all experience, and the recognition that the Self is identical to consciousness, were the key that let awakening flower within the unfolding of my own experience.

The Zen tradition had the greatest impact on my heart as a seeker, and the legacy of people like Alan Watts, Shunryu Suzuki, Bankei, and Bodhidharma, to name a few, deeply shaped the way direct understanding developed within my own search.

Later, in 2021, the work of Rupert Spira, Francis Lucille, and Loch Kelly added the final piece needed to lay the foundation of what I now call Effortless Meditation.

Since then I've shared this understanding and helped people who feel called to end the search and to live each day with a deeper peace, through a practice they enjoy doing and that asks nothing of the mind.

My mission is to show that self-realization isn't an exotic future event waiting for us to reach some particular state, but the recognition of presence itself once it is no longer mediated by the false identity we call the ego. This recognition is available to everyone, and there are no prerequisites beyond a sincere, honest wish to investigate and integrate our true Self.

The end of seeking

If you feel called to end the search, let's talk

A practice you enjoy doing and that asks nothing of the mind. The first step is a sincere, honest wish to investigate and integrate your true Self.
