The end of seeking is not a destination
We spend years looking for an experience: a special state, a lasting peace, a moment when something finally changes for good. And the more we look, the more solid the sense becomes that we have not arrived yet.
But the search itself is the movement that takes us away from what is already here.
The effort that keeps the problem alive
Every technique we apply carries an implicit message: “what I am right now is not enough.” Repeated a thousand times, that message becomes the ground the discomfort grows on.
It is not that the practices are wrong. It is that we use them to get somewhere else, when what they are for is to bring us back to this place.
The ego is not an enemy; it is a tendency to overlook who we really are.
What remains when it is let go
When the effort to arrive loosens, no void opens up. What appears is what was always here: the conscious presence that does not need to be reached because it never left.
That is all. There are no steps, no progress, no levels to reach. Only a truth to recognize and to nurture through constant awareness of our true Self.
